We follow the learner attributes as outlined by Cambridge Curriculum and National Curriculum Board.
Our teachers are:

Confident – in their subject areas and engage the students in their learning, they are able to mentor students and model problem solving for the students.
Responsible – for the learning of their students and responsive to their needs, are respectful and open minded and develop the students holistically and individually.
Innovative – demonstrates inquisitive behaviour, modeling a love of learning, a willingness and commitment to new teaching and learning strategies and are creative, flexible and imaginative.
Reflective –  about their teaching practices and are lifelong learners through a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Engaged –  professional learning that deepens their understanding of teaching and learning. They are passionate and ready to make a difference to the lives of others demonstrating a strong commitment to the Prime Bank English Medium School Community.
