In the Junior school, we encourage children to observe their surroundings, think independently, ask questions and freely express themselves without fear or inhibition, thereby honing their observation, listening, verbal and comprehension skills. We create an environment where students develop independence and creativity. Students develop a love of learning through hands-on activities where they are given choice. They then grow in confidence as they apply learned skills in different contexts. We have introduced a more play-based approach so that students’ natural curiosity and playful instincts are nurtured toward learning. These changes to our curriculum ensure that we build strong foundations for academics, and a love for learning, in all of our students.
